Our proud history
It all began in 2012, when LPTC identified the need for high-quality care services for people living with this complex needs and requiring care and support.
By 2019, we recognised the time had come to establish LPTC Solutions as a separate legal entity. A savvy and experienced Board was appointed and we were firmly on the path to growth.
This growth was boosted by a series of acquisitions within the care sector between 2021 and 2023. By then, we had earned a reputation as an experienced and sizeable private care service provider.
LPTC Solutions sister company LPTC runs health and social care training and vocational qualifications. This supports the company in ensuring its care workers are always trained.
The company have also invested in Diagnostic centres.
We are proud to have been approved by the Home Office to offer Certificate of Sponsorship to overseas employees. This have helped us to have enough staff to work for the company

Our priority is to provide state-of-the-art and compassionate supported living accommodation and in-home care from highly-trained professionals and care workers. To make good on this promise, proper training is paramount. Not only do we hire the most experienced personnel, but we provide them with in-depth training so that they can deliver specialized care to our clients.

Malvis Humphrey
Malvis Humphrey holds a BSc in Biomedical Science, MSc Biomedical Science, PGDip Mental Health Nursing and PhD in Health Sciences. He has held senior management roles including Local Authority Adult Social service Manager, Hospital Coordinator and Director
